Faculty
Creativity coaching pioneer, author, artist, nationally recognized workshop leader,and inspirational humorist, Jill Badonsky, M.Ed. augments the 10 creative principles from her popular books with dynamic concepts researched by UCLA psychologist, author and international seminar leader, Dr. Robert Maurer.

Customized to Your Needs
Limited enrollment and the application of the KMCC tools to the training process ensure success, understanding and the deepening of your own creative process. The Kaizen-Muse Creativity Coach training can also be customized to meet the needs and demands of organizations needing a Kaizen oriented approach to innovation, team building, and encouraging creative thought.

How Our Training is Delivered
This 17-week training takes place in a dynamic online learning environment that includes weekly live teleconferences with Jill Badonsky and a special lecture and readings from Dr. Robert Maurer. This mode of delivery has been specifically designed with our students in mind. Students practice-coach with each other during the training and listen to and evaluate coaching calls. Once the training is complete there is a system in place to refer them to outside clients for further skill development.

We are fulfilled when we train the mind to be positively resourceful, when we authentically share our gifts, and when we engage the unique potential of the self. Making this process fun, supportive and accessible means the positive gains last longer. Creativity just keeps expanding and opening new doors to deeper living.

Graduation from this program automatically invites you to join the distinctive KMC3 (Kaizen-Muse Creative Coaching Coalition) network, whose membership is based on the standards met through the training and not just on your ability to pay a membership fee. The association site offers consistent philosophy, teachings and techniques rather than competing ones and enhances the credibility and integrity of Kaizen-Muse Creativity Coaches.

Already a Coach or Counselor?
If you are a life coach or counselor, you might notice your approach with creative clients needs to be different or you will experience rapid turnover. Rebellion and resistance are natural parts of being creative. Unfortunately, these dynamics sometimes work counter to the intentions of creative individuals as they rebel against their own structure as well as those of helping professionals. Kaizen-Muse Creativity Coaching takes into account the dynamics of creative individuals and the creative process that other coaching approaches may overlook, such as:

• resistance to authority
• the non-linear nature of the creative process

• an indirect approach to setting INTENTIONS (setting "goals" can actually block a creative person)

No experience as a coach?
Some of our most successful coaches are artists, writers, musicians, and other creative individuals who through experience acquired the wisdom and insight necessary to be a creativity coach.
