"The design of the Kaizen Muse coaching is unique; like nothing else I’ve ever seen in the coaching world. One of the most useful parts of the Training Manual is the section on “Kaizen Muse Creativity Coaching Ten Tools.” These tools operate in a different part of the brain from what’s accessed in coaching for "results” or “performance”. The tools are effective with clients at any stage of development, and they can be taken off the shelf the minute the coach recognizes a pattern of thinking or behaving. Specific applications of each tool are provided with detailed instructions. What can I say: It’s a gold mine!!!"

Customized to Your Needs
Limited enrollment and the application of the KMCC tools to the training process ensure success, understanding and the deepening of your own creative process. How Our Training is Delivered
This 15-week training takes place in a dynamic online learning environment that includes weekly live teleconferences with Jill Badonsky and a special lecture and readings from Dr. Robert Maurer. This mode of delivery has been specifically designed with our students in mind. Students practice-coach with each other during the training and listen to and evaluate coaching calls. Once the training is complete there is a system in place to refer them to outside clients for further skill development.
"And as far as being a KMCC coach... Wow, when I think about how much I dreaded going to my life-coaching conference calls, how stifled I felt, how cookie-cutter predictable it was - oh my, it was not for me. So I am grateful for your version of coaching and how much freedom and fun and creativity and unpredictability it brings (not to mention being profoundly powerful and life-changing). It will stretch me to become more of myself, which feels so deliciously daring! It is the perfect compliment to the work I already do, and who knows how I'll weave it all together!"
- Bonnie, Ohio
"I was in consistent awe of how organized the course was as well as how rich and abundant the manual and the fun treats were. you truly exceeded my expectations!" ~Wickie Stamps, San Francisco

Already a Coach or Counselor?
If you are a life coach or counselor, you might notice your approach with creative clients needs to be different or you will experience rapid turnover. Rebellion and resistance are natural parts of being creative. Unfortunately, these dynamics sometimes work counter to the intentions of creative individuals as they rebel against their own structure as well as those of helping professionals. Kaizen-Muse Creativity Coaching takes into account the dynamics of creative individuals and the creative process that other coaching approaches may overlook, such as:
-
resistance to authority
-
the non-linear nature of the creative process
-
high-sensitivity
-
creativity-related avoidance
-
an indirect approach to setting INTENTIONS (setting "goals" can actually block a creative person)
-
the need for breaks, daydreaming, and downtime
-
the need for nurturing and compassion
-
plugging into creative strengths and successes
-
question asking versus directives
The KMCC program can enhance your life coaching practice, enabling you to attract new clients and maintain longer, more productive coaching relationships.
